The ladder
Each plan is the one below it plus the thing that made you outgrow it. Prices are on the plans page, and the picker on the front page will name one for your trade if you would rather not read seven of them.
- Solo Free — one person, no card. Jobs, the timer, materials and invoices, with a Corvin line on your paperwork.
- Solo — the same, without the Corvin line, and a cheaper fee when you take a card.
- Starter — a small crew. Quotes, e-signatures and the customer portal arrive here.
- Team — a dispatch board, texting, recurring work, online booking, Good / Better / Best quotes and QuickBooks sync.
- Grow — change orders, stock, and an API.
- Shop — for people who manufacture: the shop floor, and Show included.
- Enterprise — quoted, and the only route to running Corvin on your own servers.
The trial, and what happens after it
Every new business gets 30 days of Team, once, with no card. When it ends you land on Solo Free.
Nothing is deleted when that happens. Your clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and photos are all still there. The features above Solo stop until you choose a plan, and turning one on brings your data straight back with it. We would rather you came back in March than lost February.
If you pay annually you can also trial the next plan up, once, to see whether it is worth moving before you commit a year to it.
Seats
Each plan includes a number of people — one on Solo, and more at every step up. Inviting someone past that adds a seat to your bill at a flat monthly rate rather than refusing the invite. Nobody should be locked out of the schedule at seven in the morning because of a licence count.
Corvin is priced per business, not per user, everywhere else. The seat charge exists so that growing accounts pay their way, not to make the headline price look smaller than it is.
Adding one module
Settings → Plans & Features
You do not have to climb the ladder to get one thing. Stock, Make, Show, Site, Fleet, Marketing and the AI pack can each be added to the plan you already have, for a monthly price per module.
White labelling is not one of them. Every paid plan is already unbranded — our name appears on the free Solo tier and nowhere else.
A module already included in your plan is not offered as an extra — you cannot be sold the same thing twice. Where a module needs a bigger plan underneath it, the card says which. Adding modules needs a paid plan; Solo Free has to become Solo first.
Changing or stopping
Change plan from the same screen. Moving up takes effect immediately and is charged for the part of the month you use. Moving down or cancelling leaves your data alone — you drop to Solo Free and keep every record.
Your data is yours. Exports are not held behind a cancellation conversation, and we do not think software should be able to keep your customer list hostage.
Not sure which one you are?
Tell the picker what kind of work you do and it will name a plan, the modules that go with it, and what the whole thing costs a month.
